This page is a placeholder while we finalize the full Terms of Service with our legal drafting partner. If you’re on Gather today, you’re an invited beta tester and the short version applies:

• Don’t share your circle’s private content outside your circle.
• Don’t use Gather to harass, spam, or violate anyone’s privacy.
• Gather is a coordination tool, not a storage of record. Keep your own backups of anything important (contact info, ticket details).
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts or remove content that violates the spirit of the product (a quiet space for small, private groups).
• Service is provided “as is.” No warranties while we’re in beta.

A complete Terms of Service will replace this page before we start accepting real payments at scale. Questions: email the person who invited you to Gather, or the address on your receipt.
